Dubsat Privacy Policy
Dubsat Limited ("Dubsat") is part of the Omnilab Media Group. In this privacy policy, when the term Dubsat is used, this includes reference to us, our subsidiaries and our holding company and its subsidiaries, which includes but is not limited to, Dubsat Pty Limited, Dubsat NZ Limited and Omnilab Media Pty Limited.
This privacy policy explains how we will use the personal information that may have been collected when you were using our website.

Collection of Information
We may collect and process the following information about you when you register on our site:

• your name (first and last name);
• your address, county and country details;
• your email address; and
• your phone number

We may be required to collect further information from you dependent on the type of membership you have with us. If you are paying for goods or services then payment details will be needed in the form of debit/credit card details [or other financial information]. Such information is used solely to process payment for the fulfilment of your order. We use a payment processor to handle payment, which deals directly with the processing of your payments to us, and which also stores your financial information. We will not store any debit/credit card details that we receive from you. Our third party payment processor is required to keep secure your information in accordance with our standards (see below at "Security").

We use the above information to:

• carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us;
• notify you about changes to our service; and
• provide third party suppliers with information necessary to enable them to carry out the requested services.

Marketing
When you use the email form from the website to contact Via Worldwide about our goods and services, the personal data you enter in the email form may be used to identify and send targeted materials to you from time to time relating to Dubsat products and services and general matters concerned with distribution of digital media.
The personal data you provide will not be disclosed to any external third parties for marketing purposes.

Dubsat may communicate with you by the following methods: email, SMS, telephone and Live Chat.  You have the right to stop receiving our marketing communications at any time.

Dubsat may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive. They help us to improve our site and deliver a better and more personalised service. IP address data is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

The website and database that hold your information is currently hosted in the UK.
By providing us with your personal information you agree that we may transfer, store and process your information outside the EEA.
